Viura Trading was founded in 2026, in Spain, by Marcela Hoffgen and Miguel Ginot, a Brazilian and a Spaniard who met in New York.
Marcela holds a master's degree in International Business and built her career working across more than four countries, experience that made her fluent in moving between cultures and markets.
Miguel is a business administrator, with years of experience in management and business development in Europe.
It was in New York that the two of them worked together with wine. Viura, one of the grape varieties they loved and sold the most, ended up giving the company its name.
Their friendship gave rise to an idea: combine those two backgrounds to connect products with the right markets. In 2026, that idea became Viura Trading.
